I am Elias, Marketing & Branding Specialist at WorkSmart. On a daily basis, I work closely with organisations such as COA, UWV and various municipalities like Meppel and Apeldoorn. This gives me a kick because I can directly bring about change and make a positive contribution to society. Working at WorkSmart is great because we work with organisations that really matter. As a marketer, I get the chance to contribute to something bigger. My future plans? I will delve into SEO/SEA to optimise our online presence, organise events and maintain lasting customer relationships. My mission? My name is Robbin, at WorkSmart my focus is New Business and Strategy. Making plans, getting in touch with new people and companies with a clear goal: adding value on customers’ (latent) needs. Being able to surprise people in a positive way by going the extra mile is what energises me.
Making un-walked paths walkable is what drives me to keep going and get everything out that is possible, even if something seemed impossible at first.

My days are really never boring, as I am constantly scouring for top talent, checking CVs, holding interviews and making sure the match between candidates and positions is perfect. The best thing about my work here is the variety of tasks and the team I work with. We are super focused on diversity, not only among our candidates, but also in our own team. That inclusive working style really brings a breath of fresh air to how we approach things.
