As a growing company, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Machine Operators to join our team.

As a Machine Operator in our stamping process, you play a crucial role in creating accurate and perfectly stamped products. You will operate and maintain our modern machines, perform quality checks and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Working 5 shifts, you will work with a close-knit team to maintain the highest production standards.

What do we expect? As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and setting up punching machines to ensure production efficiency;
• Perform quality checks to ensure perfect die-cut products;
• Solve minor technical faults and perform preventive maintenance;
• Working with the team to achieve production targets;
• Compliance with safety regulations and guidelines for a safe working environment.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Machine Operator or technical understanding is a plus, but we also offer training;
• Technically proficient and able to work accurately;
• Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule, including weekends and nights;
• Team player with good communication skills;
• Able to perform physical work and regularly lift heavy materials.

• A salary between €2,300 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience and performance;
