In this full-time role, you will be responsible for independently installing all technical, electronic, and hydraulic devices in our cruisers. Additionally, you will perform maintenance and repair work on both customer boats and trade-in boats.

As an Allround Mechanic, you will be responsible for independently installing all technical, electronic, and hydraulic devices in our cruisers. You will also perform maintenance and repair work on customer boats and trade-in boats.

What do we offer?

• A 4-day workweek of 38 hours (Monday to Thursday);
• Salary: dependent on education and experience;
• Employment conditions according to the HISWA-RECRON collective labor agreement;
• A possibility of a permanent contract upon suitability (initially temporary contract);
• An open and pleasant working atmosphere in a flat organization, with room for initiative.

What do we ask for?

• A completed MBO education (motor technology, electrical engineering);
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Experience in fault analysis;
• Precision and attention to detail;
• Experience in shipbuilding is a plus.
